Delivery information
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide and GLS as our delivery partners - not because they're the cheapest but because we've had consistently good service across our customer base since we started out back in 2020. On average, they maintain a 99% service standard for our UK and international deliveries and delivery nearly 40,000 items a year for us.
Delivery FAQs
What if I'm not in when you come to deliver?
If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbour, posting a card advising you where they have left it.
If they are unable to deliver the parcel after three attempts or you do not collect it, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
How long is shipping?
This depends on the service you choose at checkout. For UK orders, you can select 1-2 day options, or 3-4, depending on how quickly you need it. For international orders, we aim for delivery within 5-7 days.
Where can I track my order?
You can view the status of your order by logging into your account. If you want more information on tracking, particularly for international orders, take a look at royalmail.com or parcelforce.com.
My order hasn't arrived yet - where is it?
If you've passed the expected delivery date and haven't been able to find any more information by tracking the parcel in your account or on our delivery partner web sites, please contact us.
I'm based in the US, how will I get my order?
We've been working hard with our delivery partners Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide to set up DDP services, so you'll see the duty you need to pay included with your order so there are no surprises when it arrives with you.
We will process all of the paperwork required for Customs clearance and pay the duty required to our couriers so you don't have to worry.
